About the event

This Hatha & Restorative class is designed to help rebalance your body and emotions through mindful movement, breathwork, visualization, and self-reflection.


Together, we’ll explore how anxiety shows up in the body by gently recreating the physical sensations of emotional triggers, then use that built-up energy into intentional movement. Through this process, we’ll pendulate the nervous system between effort and ease, activation and deep rest— helping the body experience both the “on” and “off” states with greater awareness.


This is a medium-level movement class that builds heat in the body while allowing plenty of space to move slowly, adjust poses, and meet yourself exactly where you are—  physically and emotionally. All mats and props are included — just bring yourself, be prepared to be barefoot, and get ready to reach new depths of yourself.
