About Autumn
I’m passionate about helping people find healing and wholeness through gentle, intentional practices. I guide individuals in slowing down, reconnecting with their bodies, and creating space for true rest. This work is especially close to my heart for those navigating trauma and domestic abuse, as I believe everyone deserves a safe place to heal and rediscover their strength.

My Approach
The brain and body need resiliency
more than constant calm.
True healing comes from learning to move between states of activation and rest — a natural rhythm known as pendulation.
By combining mindful motion, conscious breath, and restorative pause, we train the body to expand, contract, and then regain balance.
This rhythmic flow helps the nervous system build flexibility, adaptability, and trust.
Rather than forcing stillness,
these practices teach the body that it can
return to balance again and again.
Over time, this gentle oscillation restores emotional strength, clarity, and inner stability — the foundation of true resiliency.

Why these Practices Work
-
Restorative Yoga: Deep rest helps the nervous system shift into the parasympathetic state, where the body can release stored tension and trapped emotions layered in the tissues.
-
Hatha Yoga: Gentle, steady postures can increase circulation, balance energy, and lift mood during periods of depression while grounding and calming anxious thoughts.
-
Breathwork: Breath practices speak directly to the nervous system, creating a sense of safety in the body and environment while reconnecting us to our own natural rhythms instead of the chaos of the modern world.
-
Journaling: Writing down thoughts and feelings activates reflective parts of the brain, helping us recognize how we view ourselves and the world so we can untangle old patterns and create healthier ones.
