About Autumn

I began teaching yoga in 2015, guiding students through gentle asana practices, breathwork, and meditation.

My journey started with helping students find a mindful connection to their bodies, minds, and emotions, ultimately fostering better health and emotional balance.

Over the years, my personal practice—focused on slow yet challenging Hatha yoga, intentional Somatic release, and deep Restorative poses—has helped me cultivate resilience and inner strength.

Now, I share these tools to help others cultivate more balance and ease in their daily lives.

About the Yoga and Family Reconnection

My Movement for Mental Health Program

is designed to help students manage daily mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger and even suicidal ideation using yoga as a pathway to calm the mind and restore balance.

My Finding Your Way Yoga Program

is a specialized practice designed to support survivors of domestic trauma, including members of the family

who may be dealing with anger issues.

Trauma can leave the body in a state of constant high alert, impacting both the nervous system and emotional health.

Through mindful movement, breathwork, and restorative practices, this program helps students release tension, rebuild a sense of safety, and restore balance in their lives.

Whether the trauma is physical, emotional, or psychological, yoga offers a safe space to process and heal in a supportive environment.

About the Yoga and Family Reconnection

Yoga can also strengthen personal connections and foster healing within relationships, especially for those navigating the effects of trauma. Whether practiced with a partner, friend, or family member, yoga creates a space for connection, trust, and understanding,

offering nonverbal therapy to reconnect with ourselves

and one another.

For families who have experienced difficult circumstances, practicing yoga together can deepen bonds, promote emotional resilience,

and nurture meaningful connections across generations—

helping to break the cycle of trauma and create lasting change.
